Edmonton Guitar Seminar Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to registrations for the Edmonton Guitar Seminar with René Izquierdo, February 6–8, 2026.

Participant Cancellations

All registrations include a non-refundable $75 deposit. Refunds apply to the remaining balance (due by November 30, 2025), according to the schedule below:

  • On or before January 7, 2026 (more than 30 days before the event):
75% refund of the total registration fee, less the $75 non-refundable deposit.

  • Between January 8 and January 30, 2026 (7–30 days before the event):
50% refund of the total registration fee, less the $75 non-refundable deposit.

  • After January 30, 2026 (within 7 days of the event):
No refund — the registration becomes 100% non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

 Organizer Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the Edmonton Guitar Seminar must cancel the event, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees paid.

 Travel, Meals, and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, meals, and accommodations before and after the event. We recommend that attendees purchase travel insurance to cover any personal costs in the event of cancellation.

 Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

If the seminar is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, instructor illness, or venue closure — the Edmonton Guitar Seminar will make every effort to reschedule the event or provide an alternative option.
If rescheduling is not possible, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
